Change sound patch when changing songs?

I’ve been looking for a way to play synth sounds for live performance for ages, very glad to have stumbled across this app.

I wonder if there is any way to automatically change the synth patch (either among the five sounds within the app, or sending a midi change signal to synth apps like module) when changing songs. The main reason for this is that I play guitar and I am the lead singer in my band, so I would love to hit a button on my iRig Blueboard to move to the next song, and have not only the chords change, but also the synth patch itself. As the frontman it would be quite unappealing to an audience if I was changing patches on an iPad between songs.

Is there any native solution, or third party app that would allow this? Always excited to hear about novel (and not overly complicated) solutions to these nerdy problems. Thanks in advance.
